你在那边望月
倚窗独自吟哦
把月读成诗句
原来月亮是我

我在这边望月
不慎掉进梦里
把月化作诗句
原来月亮是你

Watching the Moon and Mailing Afar

You are watching the moon there,
Leaning on the window and reciting poems,
As if the moon changes into poetic lines.
Originally, the moon is me.

I am watching the moon here,
Carelessly, I am falling into my dreams.
I have changed the moon into poetic lines.
Originally, the moon is you.
