屠岸
天光如浑圆的蓝宝石包围着银鸟。
越蓝点连成的虚线，跨阿留申群岛。
太平洋匆匆隐退，白令海涌到。
追赶时间呀——你这太阳的轨道。
你好，阿拉斯加！你好，北极圈！
你好，安科雷季！你好，麦金利山！
混沌的丝绒黑取代透明的宝石蓝，
艳阳天退到繁星夜——转瞬之间！
从今天清晨直追到昨天深夜——
北极圈外是一片灿烂的星野。
爱斯基摩兄弟迎来了，面带笑靥。
明天同今天建交，情真意切。
我想：有一天，人类乘超光速漫游，
看无穷的未来同无穷的过去握手。

Hello, Alaska, the Arctic Circle, how do you do
Hello, Anchorage, how do you do, and Mount Mckinley
The vague black velvet takes place of transparent saphire blue
The bright sun recedes to the starry night---so suddenly
I had chased from this morning up to the depth of last night
Beyond the Arctic Circle is a radiant starlit ground
The Eskimo brothers come along, donning smiles so bright
Tomorrow and today now make friends, with feelings profound
I think some day man will travel supersonic fast
And see infinite future shake hands with infinite past
