飞过那蓝色海洋
今夜，让我们歌唱
Please play the tune of The High Mountain and Flowing Waters,
Flying over the blue sea.
Let’s sing songs tonight.
唱一曲北国之春吧
消融了残雪冰霜
今夜，让我们歌唱
Please sing the song of Spring in the North,
Thawing snow and ice.
Let’s sing songs tonight.
柔美的夜空下
月光依恋着海洋
海洋轻吻着月光
今夜，怎能不歌唱
Under the beautiful night sky,
The moonlight is attached to the sea,
Which in return is gently kissing her.
How can’t we sing tonight?
记忆的田园里
勿忘我为你绽放
忘情草情满坡上(注)
今夜，怎能不歌唱
In the field of memories,
Forget-me-not is blooming for thee,
Forget-me Grass covers the slopes.(note)
How can’t we sing tonight?
在这银色的夜晚
有情人在水一方
彼此思念心憔悴
深情夜我们歌唱....
At this silvery night,
The lovers are separated by the waters.
They miss each other till pining away.
We sing at this tender night.

注：忘情草，传说中一种吃了以后让人忘掉恋人的草
Note: Forget-me Grass is a kind of grass in a Chinese legend,
anyone who eats it will forget his or her lover.
